For October we are offering a wonderful Swordfish every weekend of the month with the preparations changing each week. Swordfish is absolutely delicious when cooked properly. Since we know how to do it at the Pinnacle, you will find all these preparations to your liking. While the preparations vary from week to week, the price remains at $25 for any of them.
For October 4-6: Miso Marinated and Pan Seared over Sesame Scallion Rice, Soy Glazed Broccolini and a Grilled Pineapple Salsa
For October 11-13: Mediterranean Marinated and Charbroiled served with Beluga Lentils, Grilled Asparagus and a Sun-Dried Tomato~Roasted Garlic Sauce
For October 18-20: Seasoned and Pan Seared – Served over Goat Cheese Mashed Potatoes, Brown Buttered Carrots and a Triple Onion Cream Sauce
For October 25-27: Seasoned and Grilled Served with Saffron Risotto, Asparagus Tips in White Truffle Oil and Drizzled with a Balsamic Reduction
