Falkner’s Pinnacle Restaurant offers the following Special for the month of September 2013
For September we are offering a wonderful Pork Chop every weekend of the month with the preparations changing each week. Porch chops are absolutely delicious when cooked properly. Since we know how to do it at the Pinnacle, you will find all these preparations to your liking. While the preparations vary from week to week, the price remains at $25 for any of them.
For September 6-8: Ginger and Brown Sugar Brined, Pan Seared and Oven Finished with Roasted Yams, Sautéed Brussels Sprouts and a Caramelized Apple Sauce
For September 13-15: Seasoned and Charbroiled Served with Creamed Swiss Chard, Gorgonzola Mashed Potatoes and a Porcini Mushroom Sauce
For September 20-22: Oven Roasted Served with Oatmeal Pecan Johnny Cakes, Honey Carrots and Pure Maple Syrup
For September 27-29: Blackened Served with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus and a Triple Onion Cream Sauce
